Conditions for Return
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Articles must be in the same condition as received.
Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Articles priced below PKR 3000 are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our Customer Care Department via email to request a Return Authorization Form.
Include the completed Return Form with your return shipment.
Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our designated warehouse.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable for customers who have paid via debit or credit card.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for exchange only — no refunds will be issued for COD orders.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item delivered was incorrect or defective.

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your return is received.
